Real Estate sellers and buyers today are faced with a difficult decision. There are several large corporations that offer to get the job done for a heavily discounted commission. The problem is, these agents are generally salaried and have to follow a strict corporate protocol. Meaning they will go through the motions to complete the transaction but really don’t have the authority or motivation to put in the extra effort and cost on the backend to produce the best results for their client.
While we don’t consider ourselves a discount broker, we actually don’t consider ourselves “full-priced” either. When you look at the services we provide on the selling side such as full staging, landscaping, and deep cleaning our commission is quite a bit less than others. We are quite simply, 100% committed to achieving the best price for your home and including these services and many others allows us the ability to put in place the best marketing package possible.
Unfortunately, there is no one secret. Our strategy which has worked for many years has been to perform every aspect of the marketing process a little better than the competition. This may be hiring the better landscaper, putting on the extra open house or increasing the budget to reach more potential buyers on social media. We strive to perfect every step of the marketing process which produces the highest number of interested buyers and yields the best results for our clients.
